We offer you, the customer, full control over your mould by offering a wide array of options - allowing you to decide what you want and how you want it. As mould-making is an incredibly dynamic field there are no shortages of options to be considered when designing your mould. We will give you the full scope with pros and cons of each option.

ECA Product And Mould Design CC focuses solely on design ensuring that full attention to detail is given to you and your mould. Low overheads and lack of manufacturing/production facilities create an enviroment conducive to superior quality in the planning stages of your mould. This gives you far greater control not only over every facet of your mould but also over subsequent costs and will allow you to plan your manufacturing/production around your needs, not around the abilities or schedules of manufacturers.

Upon completion we will provide you with all manufacturing data required, including 3-dimensional models (in IGES format), 2-dimensional models (in DXF format), a complete and detailed parts list and all relevant technical drawings (in PDF format) of the mould parts, general assembly and an articlec drawing. We will also gladly offer you life-like renderings of your product should you require these.

Service does not end with the delivery of your mould data. We will gladly liase with the manufacturer of your choice should it be necessary. We will also advise in respect to manufacturers.
